Key Information
Please note that abstracts can be accepted as oral or poster presentation if at least one author has registered for participation at the meeting. The presenting author must have a valid e-mail address and be registered for the meeting.
Guidelines
Presenting Author: The presenting author is the person who will present the oral or poster presentation and will be the correspondent for the RCC meeting or the EWIC meeting.
List of Authors: Provide the full name, organization, city, state, and country of the presenting author and each co-author.Enter the co-authors in the same order as they should appear. One author must be indicated as the presenting author.
Co-Authors: Enter the co-authors in the same order as they should appear. One author must be indicated as the presenting author.
Abstract Title: Maximum 15 words.
Type of Presentation: For abstracts submitted to RCC, indicate if you have a preference for an oral or poster presentation. For abstracts submitted to EWIC, indicate if you have a preference for a short oral presentation or a poster/data blitz presentation.
Abstract Text: Maximum 200 words.

Presenting authors will be notified via email around mid October.
